Manhattan:
Take Queens Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway. Continue to the Grand Central Parkway Eastbound/Kennedy Airport exit (2 right lanes). Alternatively, take Triborough Bridge to Grand Central Parkway/NY Airports. Take Grand Central Parkway to Van Wyck Expressway Southbound/Kennedy Airport exit (2 right lanes). Exit 1 (left side) from Van Wyck to Belt Parkway/Nassau Expressway. Stay to the right after exiting and follow Nassau Expressway signs (* see directions below). Not to Belt Pkway E or S.Conduit

Southern New Jersey, Staten Island and Brooklyn:
Take Goethals Bridge or Outer Bridge Crossing to Staten Island Expressway. Follow to Verrazano Bridge (upper deck). Stay left on upper deck to exit Belt Parkway Eastbound. Follow Belt Parkway through Brooklyn to exit #19, Van Wyck/JFK/Nassau Expressway (Route 878). Stay left on exit and follow signs to Nassau Expressway (Route 878). (* see directions below). Do not exit into JFK airport or Van Wyck.

* From Nassau Expressway/Rockaway Boulevard:
The Nassau Expressway merges with Rockaway Blvd. Continue approximately three miles past Kennedy Airport and shopping centers. After COSTCO turn left at light on Peninsula Blvd (2 gas stations, McDonalds and 711 stores). Continue on Peninsula. Immediately after going under train overpass (at light) turn right on Harris. After passing Loehman's (on left) and Burger King (on right) double traffic lights, continue straight crossing Broadway onto Piermont. Immediately enter shopping center parking lot on your left.

Westchester, Upstate New York and Northern New Jersey:
Take George Washington Bridge (from I-80) or Tappan Zee Bridge (from I-87 NYS Thruway) to Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) South. Continue to Triborough Bridge then follow signs on the bridge to Grand Central Parkway/Kennedy & LaGuardia Airports. Stay on Grand Central Parkway past LaGuardia Airport, Shea Stadium and LI Expressway then stay in right two lanes to exit to Van Wyck Expressway South (Kennedy Airport). Exit 1 (left side) from Van Wyck to Belt Parkway/Nassau Expressway. Stay to the right after exiting and follow Nassau Expressway signs (* see directions above). Not on to Belt Pkway E or South Conduit.

Westchester and Connecticut:
From the New England Thruway (I-95) follow signs to Throgs Neck Bridge (Long Island) and exit right from bridge to Cross Island Parkway. Alternatively, take Merritt Parkway to Hutchinson River Parkway to the Whitestone Bridge (Long Island) and exit left to Cross Island Parkway. Follow Cross Island till it divides then stay left for Southern State Parkway. Exit (first one) Central Avenue Valley Stream. Continue a few minutes on Central Avenue (changes into Mill Road after going under train overpass and crossing Sunrise Highway (large six lane road). Continue in left lane to Peninsula Blvd. Turn left onto Peninsula Blvd (4 gas stations). Stay in right lane. One block later, immediately after going under train overpass (at light) turn right on Harris Ave. After passing Loehman's (on left) and Burger King (on right) double traffic lights, continue straight crossing Broadway onto Piermont. Immediately enter shopping center parking lot on your left.

Long Island (North Shore):
Take Long Island Expressway or Northern State Parkway to Cross Island Parkway, Southbound. Follow Cross Island till it divides then stay left for Southern State Parkway. Exit (first one) Central Avenue Valley Stream. Continue a few minute on Central Avenue (changes into Mill Road after going under train overpass and crossing Sunrise Highway (large six lane road). Continue in left lane to Peninsula Blvd (4 gas stations). Turn left onto Peninsula Blvd. Stay in right lane. One block later, immediately after going under train overpass turn right at light on Harris Ave. After passing Loehman's (on left) and Burger King (on right) double traffic lights, continue straight crossing Broadway onto Piermont. Immediately enter shopping center parking lot on your left. Alternate directions: Go from North Shore to South Shore on Seaford Oyster Bay, Wantagh Parkway or Meadowbrook to Southern State Parkway (West) and follow directions for LI South Shore.

Long Island (South Shore):
Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 19South, Peninsula Blvd (second exit 19 towards Lynbrook). Follow Peninsula Blvd. approximately 10 minutes after going under train overpass, crossing Sunrise Highway (six lanes) and continue. Make a left turn at light immediately before the second train overpass on Harris Ave. After passing Loehman's (on left) and Burger King (on right) double traffic lights, continue straight crossing Broadway onto Piermont. Immediately enter shopping center parking lot on your left.

By Railroad:
Long Island Railroad from Penn Station (Manhattan) or Atlantic Avenue (Brooklyn) to Hewlett on the Far Rockaway Branch (40 minutes). Some trains may require change of trains at Jamaica Station. (Inquire). Exit Hewlett station at the front of the train, cross tracks and walk on Franklin one block to Broadway (light). Turn left and walk past Zoom Verizon and Blue Ardesia. At light cross Piermont and enter shopping center lot. Taxi cabs are available.
